The Tombow Brush Pen was a bit of a pleasure purchase for me. I love interesting and different stationery items, and this was a must-buy when I saw it. I got the “hard-tip” version, because it is better for people who have never used a brush pen before, and I was hoping to use it for writing. After using the pen for a while, I know it isn’t for writing, but it is pretty amazing for sketches and making interesting lines. See the full review below:
As you can see, the pen doesn’t bleed through paper. I have been doing all my reviews in my Moleskine Cahier XL, which has a nice, 80GSM paper.
All in all, I really like the pen. I would recommend it to anyone looking to try a brush pen, but doesn’t want to try a soft brush.
